I have twenty-seven years of experience in various Engineering fields and have demonstrated strong engineering applications in the area of project management/ principal Engineering Technician  and supervisory abilities as a QA/QC Inspector (Google Fiber - OSP), Park Roads and Parking Lot and County Urban Roads Systems Manager (transportation, Hiway and Roadways, Bridges), City plan reviewer  for  code compliance, department Project/Construction manager for civil engineer design  and inspection of  all phases of land development, building and utilities construction.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Previously worked with a project design team offering suggestions for improvement, meeting deadlines and performing quality work

·  Extensive working knowledge of prominent design softwares such as Civil 3D, Microstation, and GeoPack, Roadway and Civil Engineering with Geotextiles, etc.

·  Ability to set up file structures to produce CAD drawings in accordance with APWA, engineering and industry standards

Inspected field constructed activities with in City right-of-way to include the following activities involving fiber optic/coaxial cables:

·   Inspected site for approved traffic control, site safety and maintenance

·   Contractor installed systems and installation process to industry standard for aerial/underground, intermittent post, and fiber to the house (FTTH) or building/facility.

·   Provided technical support involving utility coordination/relocation involving private or public facilities when needed.

·   Made sure that test were conducted and verified by contractor for brand new or maintenance requested systems functionality.

·   Investigated any irregularities or system failures (where applicable).

·   Reported any major defects to the construction manager in charge for operability or system restoration.
